This notice covers the LoanV launch waitlist, rather than customer or loan records within the product.
What you share
We collect your name, company name, email address or mobile number, the time you join, and whether you opt into additional product updates.
Why we use it
We use your details to manage launch enquiries and contact you about LoanV’s availability. Optional product updates are separate from the launch notification you request. Joining does not create a subscription, activate an account, or authorize a payment.
Who can access it
Authorized LoanV operators, our hosting systems, and Resend (our email delivery provider) can process the details you submit. We email your request to the LoanV operator’s Gmail inbox. We do not send you an automatic confirmation email. Entries are not displayed publicly or shared with other companies on the waitlist.
Cookies and technical information
When a new entry is saved, we place an essential, private cookie in your browser for up to 180 days. It lets you remove that entry from the same browser. It is not used for advertising. We also use short-lived request counts to limit abuse; hosting access logs may include your IP address and browser information.
Leave the waitlist
Use the button below in the browser you originally used to join. It removes the entry linked to that browser’s private cookie. If cookies have been cleared, the button cannot identify your entry. It does not remove another entry or an entry made in a different browser. Backup copies, if created by the operator, may remain until their retention period ends.
Keeping information only as needed
Waitlist details are kept to manage the launch and your requested updates. They should be reviewed when the launch is complete and removed when no longer needed. LoanV may update this notice as the service develops.
